About Anne

With 31 years of experience in education, Anne Hoover is a dedicated and passionate educational leader who has devoted her career to serving children and families. She holds a Bachelor’s degree, a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Doctorate in Education.

Dr. Hoover began her career teaching students in grades 2 through 5, where she developed a deep understanding of child development and effective instructional practices. Her classroom experience laid the foundation for her leadership career, which includes 23 years in elementary school leadership and 4 years in middle school leadership.

Throughout her career, Dr. Hoover has embraced a whole-child approach to education, recognizing the importance of academic, social, emotional, and behavioral growth. She is known for building strong, positive relationships with families and collaborating closely with staff to ensure every student is supported and valued.

For 27 years, Dr. Hoover served as the Local Education Agency (LEA), ensuring that educational placements met individual student needs and aligned with the least restrictive environment. Her work has consistently focused on advocacy, equity, and student-centered decision-making.

As a mother of three and a grandmother of seven, Dr. Hoover’s passion for children extends beyond the school setting. Her personal and professional experiences shape her unwavering commitment to child-focused educational practices and to creating positive, inclusive learning environments where all students can succeed.
